Omg I love my nails and the owner was so kind and patient with all my requests. You should definitely come here for beautiful, affordable, inexpensive nails and great service 🥰🥰 Edit: After spending a day in these nails as a science college student, I love how these nails were placed because I can still type,write, and experiment with them. Definitely my go to from now on!!

I've been coming to this nail salon for a long time. I really like the owner, and I usually get a pedicure. I love pedicures from there. We went there last night to get our manicures and pedicures for my sister's wedding. We had an appointment and we were still there 4 hours! I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. The nails looked like a child did them. I complained and they replaced the two that were on completely crooked. When I was leaving, I had the owner look at them. I told her I couldn't figure out what, but something was wrong. She inspected them and pulled the girl that did my nails over. They spoke to each other in a different language. The lady said I will give you 10 dollars off. While they were talking, I realized what was wrong. The tips were not glued down. I told them I really did not like them and I didn't want to pay 80 dollars for something I didn't like. The girl that did my nails was extremely rude the entire night. The owner seems very sweet, but seems like a push over. As much as I hate to say don't go there, I am warning you to save your money and your time. My pedicure was horrible too, this time. She left the previous color on my toes in several spots. The owner tried to talk the girl into giving me 50% off but she refused. They offered to redo them but I'd been the 4 hours, it was 10:00 at night and I was extremely frustrated by how rude the lady was being. If my sister's wedding was not the next day and I wasn't in it... I'd have had them removed and just left. I'm posting pictures, but they really don't do justice to how horrible they are. I cannot wait to have them removed tomorrow.

Went in for Pedicure and full set of S&S nails prior to Cruise. Bin (this visit) and Alma (last visit) were amazing and very attentive. New manager; however, needs customer service training. What Nail Salon does your pedicure and half way through tells your they can't do my nails cause the manager has to leave! Very disappointing! If you don't have staff that is able to do all services, you will lose customers! You just lost one!

Mixed results here. I popped in for a same day manicure, called in and they told me to drop by. Once they started, I realized the nail polish was clumpy and old, but they pushed to use anyway, diluting it many times. They barely shaped my nails, barely cut my cuticles, and it appears they didn’t use sanitized tools (so didn’t ask for more use of them). Because of the old polish, manicure is clumpy and uneven looking. Staff was courteous and quick, but will not return. I could have done a better job at home.

I came in and got seated immediately, was hard to understand guy at front desk though. The pedi was great but a bit too hot. When they picked off my dry skin it was also painful. Otherwise it was great. THE MAJOR THING is that I got acrylic nails and they came off in like 3 days. But then I got new ones for free and they ALSO came off in like a day. Horrible! The mani-pedi is the only reason they have more than 0 stars!!
